Thank you for your interest in being part of the Fall Fur Festival and supporting the Illiana Cat Project's mission. For more information, please see the details below. To register, please fill out the following vendor application at the bottom of the page - you will hear from us with further instructions and more information. Thank you for your participation and support!

Purpose: To raise funds for the Illiana Cat Project while providing exposure and sales opportunities to local businesses and independent consultants. Check out our call for vendors here.

Format: Online vendor fair will take place within an open Facebook group. Vendors will utilize Facebook posts and live videos to sell their products or services.


Date and Time: October 9 - October 16. Group will close the following Monday night to allow for last minute sales.


Vendor Information:


Vendor Sign-Up: 


  • Vendors will sign-up to participate in the fair through an online form. 

  • Registration will open on 9/3/2020 - registration will continue as space permits or through 9/30/2020

  • After signing-up, vendors will receive a follow up email with fest details. 


 Upon sign-up, Vendors agree to: 


  • Pay a one-time registration fee of $20. After payment has been received, vendors will be added to the fest Facebook group.


All vendors are entitled to: 


  • One post per hour in the fest group

  • One 45 minute live selling slot (time slot sign up will be sent after your registration and are first come, first serve)

  • Inclusion on the sponsors page on the Illiana Cat Project website and other social media venues


Vendors are responsible for: 

  • Writing and posting their own promotional posts

  • Signing up for and holding a live selling slot time (if desired)

  • Adding members to the fair group and promoting the event on their own virtual platforms

  • Facilitating their own sales and payments


Vendor Restrictions:

  • Vendors will not add new posts to the vendor fest group before Friday October 9 at 8:00 am or after Friday October 16 at 11:59 pm. 

  • Vendors will not add more than one post to the group per hour.

  • Vendors will not advertise their products/services on other vendor’s posts.

  • Only 1 independent consultant per network marketing company (see vendor roster here)


Live-Selling Slots:

  • Vendors will sign-up for live selling slots via an online form. These slots are first come, first serve. 

  • If not all live-selling slots fill, a second round of sign-ups will open to allow sellers to sign up for a second slot. 

  • Vendors do not have to utilize their live-selling slot.


Vendor Ideas:

  • Retail (products, etc.)

  • Online classes

  • Demonstrations

  • Tarot readings

  • Services (book a dog/cat grooming or nail clipping through our party)
